Do you know anything about Cleat set-back positioning? I place the cleat as far back as possible. I liked Sidi and Vittorria's cleat positioning but the fits were too narrow. I did not have hot spot issues with Northwave and Shimano but when I place the cleats on, it's too close to the toes. Any input for this Giro pair will be appreciated. Thank you.
