Burton Traction Jacket - Men's

I had to return the jacket because I ordered size too large.
Let me share this important credit card experience with all readers. Backcountry.com is very good about refunds. I got mine within a couple days of their receiving the returned jacket.
Unlike the-house.com. I had to return boots that were too tight. The-House .com received the boots on Mar 4. Today is Mar 24. I have now called 4 times asking about my refund. I am now being told expect refund Apr 1. Also return shipping cost me over $20.
