These bibs are great...

Hincapie Sportswear HC-12 Lycra Ceramic Cycling Bib Short - Men's

I recently purchased 3 pair of these bibs. Never had bib before, and I'm kickin' myself that I didn't do this earlier. The padding stays put for the entire ride. I had Pearl Izumi shorts with the 3d chamois, but the chamios is much more comfortable in these. The fabric does seem to work as advertised, evaporating and in terms of breathability. I did try the HC-12 without the ceramic panels, and these fit a little better than the same size equivalent around the thighs. I would not hesitate to buy these again...
