I love these boots! They required almost no break in time, and I bought a half size up to accomodate foot swelling and big wool socks. They lace up nicely with crinkled laces to prevent them from slipping and untying while trekking. I like the lace up system (two plastic pieces on the side of the boot secure the laces after you've laced them up), and they fit nice and snugly on my ankles and heel without cramping my toes. Wide foot bed is great for my wide foot, and my high arches feel happily supported. These boots are tough hikers! Took them out this weekend in Alpine, wet, muddy, and scree-filled Alaskan conditions. Walked through deep puddles and my feet stayed dry; scrambled up boulder fields and scree, lots of muddy trails, and slippery steep tundra. They didn't slip once, unless the material under them was sliding too. They probably saved my life more than once when I was on tricky footing and a long fall awaited me; I think any other boot would have sent me slipping to my death. The only thing I haven't tried them on is slippery wet or mossy rocks, but I imagine they'll hold their own. Tough boots - can take a beating and keep you dry, warm, and supported. Look great, and fit my foot wonderfully where other boots make my feet look huge.

This is a great, well made, and nice fitting jacket. Took it out this weekend in backcountry Alaska in 40-50 F weather, constant drizzling rain/heavy mist and moderate winds. Wore it over an icebreaker shirt and down vest, and when those weren't enough, layered it on to be very happy and warm. Provides outstanding heat for how thin the inner fleece is, and the hood is deep and large enough to put my head, thick hair (in a ponytail), and hat inside with room to spare. Very waterproof; never once felt damp inside. Layered very nicely over my other clothes, and the arms are long enough for my ape-arms. Color is very attractive (I have the blue), and I've received many compliments. My only wish is that it had pit-zips for dumping excess heat on an ascent, but otherwise, great jacket. Would highly recommend for anyone encountering serious non-winter weather.

I'm a big believer in Merino, and don't find it itchy at all. Then again, I don't have particularly sensitive skin, either. I love the way these shirts fit, and I can wear them for days at a time without an odor building up. They stretch a little and fit my curves nicely, and the thumb loops are awesome for keeping the sleeves down while doing activities, or when layering. This shirt fits great under a vest or fleece. I would highly recommend this as a baselayer for any winter activity, or layered with just a vest or fleece for going about town or any cool weather activity. I live in Alaska, and LIVE in these shirts!

These sandals are pretty awesome. I've used them for everything from hiking on lava in Hawaii to pounding the pavement in Bangkok. The straps take a couple of weeks to work themselves out, so you have to do semi-frequent adjustments for that first little while. Also, the toe strap can sometimes get a little tight, but again, it adjusts to your foot over time. The straps are all very comfortable, and I've never had any chafing or rubbing. The sole is also comfortable and supports my high arch nicely. The shoes are a little heavier than my perfect shoe would be, but you get used to it, and the heavy duty sole is really great to have in rocky and/or sharp situations (glass, lava, etc.). I have the orange colored straps, and the color is quite attractive. Not brash at all. I'd highly recommend them as an all-purpose summer sandal.

These are AWESOME shirts! I live in Alaska, and live in them all winter long. Layer them with a vest or fleece pullover for extra warmth under a shell. I love the thumbholes that keep the sleeves from riding up, and they hug my body in a very flattering way. I'm 5'7", 125ish pounds and the small fits me snug. I can wear them for 4 or 5 days in a row before there's any odor. AWESOME shirt.
