Yes, the crankset should work fine with your Ultegra group. Just make sure you have BB30 bearings and not the outboard cups that Shimano traditionally uses.

Yes, these cranks will work with a BB30 bike, but only with a bottom bracket adapter. You will need a BB30-to-external adapter since Shimano uses external cups rather than press-fit BBs.

Literally a Lifesaver

Giro Atmos Cycling Helmet

This helmet saved my life in a crash earlier this race season, so at least we can say that it does its job (major cracks in 5 places but no damage at all to my head). Up until that unfortunate spill, it worked wonders in ventilation and sweat control. However, sometimes it swept up too much air and chilled the top of my head a little too much. Also, the sweat/cushion pads weren't all that hardy or great at trapping moisture. There were always those 50+ mile rides where I would end up drenching my helmet and my glasses. It got on my nerve at times but it was one of the better helmets that I've tried.

Nice to an extent

Continental Grand Prix 4000 Tire

I've ridden these tires for about 1K miles now and, they hold up nicely but have a problem with punctures. I don't know if it's just me but within the first 100 miles, I got 4 puncture flats. Two on the same day! That warranted a two star rating; at least they rolled nicely and were grippy. After the rest of the mileage, though, they started to break in some more and got even better road feel, but the best part was that I haven't encountered a flat since.
