Rab was never on my radar of brands to look at when choosing some technical clothing. Now I might be a loyalist. I have used this shell for a bunch of different things so far and it has far exceeded my expectations. I love how its very low key and you can wear this anytime without looking like you are going to tackle a mountain after you finish buying groceries. The quality of the construction is top-notch and inspires confidence that the price paid will be well worth it.

I have been in a few complete downpours in this jacket and it performs flawlessly. I love the wire brim hood because it helps keep the water from pouring down the hood into the jacket. It also is nice to have a hood that stays where you want it and not flopping in front of your face at the most inopportune moment. The material is more substantial feeling than some of the lightweight Gore-Tex options, but in my opinion breathes better than any of them. There are no pit zips and it does not need them. I sweat standing still and this jacket does an admirable job of keeping me as dry as can be reasonably expected. When I do start to heat up it is not long that I feel dry again.

I am 6' and weight 168lbs with a fairly athletic build and the Medium fits flawlessly. I had to return the Large I bought because it was well, large. I can fit a few thin layers or even my Stoic Breaker Fleece under it without sacrificing my range of motion. If you are between sizes like I was I would size down unless you plan to put lots of thick layers underneath.

I only wish that it packed down a little bit smaller, but that is just a nitpick and I highly recommend this jacket if you are thinking about buying it.

I am very happy with the Neoair. I used it this past weekend during a few chilly (34F) nights camping. I do agree with other reviewers that if it dipped colder than that I would like a little extra insulation and I might steal my girlfriends Z-Lite pad to put underneath it.

First off, I am happy it airs up really quick and takes up so little space in my bag. I was surprised as to how plush a pad this can be. This is more comfortable than some full fledged air mattresses I have slept on. I also found that airing it up all the way was not as comfortable as taking just a bit of air out. Once I did that I fell in love with it.

Another thing I find I appreciate about this pad is I never once slipped around on it. It also seems less crackly sounding when I am using it camping than the first time I aired it up and tried it at home.

All-in-all I am not regretting spending more on this pad because I am very happy with it and can foresee using it for quite some time.

The only negative I have for it would be that I have to watch my girlfriend as she constantly tries to steal my pad instead of use her own.

I bought these to extend my winter cycling. I live in North Florida so it does not get too cold and I can usually get away wearing these with a pair of bib shorts. These do not necessarily trap heat as much as I thought they would, but they do an awesome job of knocking down the wind. They stay up nice on my leg too, I might have to adjust them once on a long ride. All in all I am loving these so far. I ordered a Medium and am 6' 168 lbs with an athletic build.

I love these arm warmers. They knock down the wind perfectly, taking the sting out of an early morning winter ride. I like these because they stay put the whole ride and fit like a second skin. I would recommend these to anyone who does not need a lot of warmth on their arms, just the wind to be knocked down. The Windstopper fabric lives up to its name, while the back breathes nice to keep you from over heating.

The Windstopper fabric effectively knocks down the wind from turning my toes purple. Like the other reviewer states I would not use them in lower than 30 degree weather. I usually wear a thicker wool sock with these and that is perfect, feet stay warm but do not get hot. They are pretty abrasion resistant too, I had to put my foot down to keep from wiping out once and the front inside of my shoe took the impact and scraping, just wiped off the dirt and they were still looking new.

I bought these a few months ago and can attest to their durability. I wear them twice a week in my rotation of bib shorts and they have held up great. The stitching, like any other Giordana bib short, is top notch and I do not have any loose threads like on all of my other brands. I disagree with the other reviewer's comments on the chamois. I think it is great. It is thick enough for my 60 mile rides, but not so thick that I feel like I am carrying a couch cushion behind me. The fabric also provides some nice compression without being too tight on your personal bits. All in all I would recommend them to anyone willing to spend a bit more for a high quality bib short.
