Your serice was great...the shoes however, aren't true to size. I wear a 6.5, ordered the 7 figuring they'd be a loose fit. WRONG!!! They supposed to be a snug fit, but these were like trying to get my feet into a childs shoe. Too bad too, as I need a new pair of wet/dry hikers. One other minor detail- I ordered Navy and got turquoise. Ok if you like the blue spectrum but a bit of a surprise when I opened the box.
