Great Gloves

Bought these gloves for a week of cat/heli skiing in the Cariboos ,British Columbia. Temps were as low as -15deg C and hands were warm and toasty all week. Dried easily over night which is great for multi day trip.
Found the gloves to fit similar to other Black Diamond gloves . These gloves are made for under the cuff of your shell and with them designed to come up nice and high on your wrist they work well staying tucked inside the sleeves of your coat.

Black Diamond Trail Shock Trekking Pole

I have been using these poles for winter hiking and backcountry skiing as well as a few days skiing around the resort. They did not come with snow baskets but any new Black Diamond snow baskets will fit. Even though they have a shock absorber I find that they do not affect the use while skiing. The shock absorber is not even noticeable. The flick locks work great in the cold, very easy and quick to adjust.
