I am extremely disappointed with the top I received. Two of the seams came apart within the first three days of wearing. I have not had time to make an official complaint and have now sown the top up.
I was also very unhappy to find an unexpected payment of a further £35.75 on my doorstep when the top was delivered. This was not made clear to me during my live online transaction. When I queried this with UPS, the delivery company, I was told that "they always leave customers liable for this charge". This meant that I paid more than I would have done if I'd bought the top here in the UK where it retails at £100, thereby defeating the object of buying online!
