Osprey Packs Switch 25+5 - 1500cu in

I want to love this pack, but I just can't. Sure, for lugging your skis up the slope it's the best—the fit is exceptional, skis are solidly held, and it’s super comfortable. Unfortunately, you can't fit a damn thing in it. If you like carrying your boots in your bag you can't even fit one in (and the 2500 is no different). The only thing I can really get in it is a pair of hiking boots, fleece and an extra pair of gloves and it's stuffed. While it doesn't hold very much, it still feels cumbersome enough that I'd rather not ski with it at the resort—and usually I don't. Maybe I'm just looking for perfection in a pack, but than again, at this much for a one-dimensional ski pack shouldn't you get perfection? All that being said, if you're a super-light packer, you cannot beat the construction and fit of this pack, it's far and away the best I've seen. The quality of Osprey packs is truly unmatched.
