I originally ordered the medium size for my wife and they fit my XL men's size hands, so I kept them. Then I ordered the X-Small women's and the were a little large, but useable. However at 15F (vs. advertised as rated for -25F) she had to use hand warmers in them to be comfortable. They are no better than the Swany Toaster mittens she had before. We had hoped for something warmer. I tried the medium ones and also found them no warmer than the Swany Toaster mittens I had been using. They have been of no use - I really should have returned them.
