This is a close up of the two different liner materials. The dark liner on the left really does look and feel like rubber and is thicker. Does anyone know what this material actually is?

pretty sure it's gore-tex paclite. i have a rain jacket made out of the stuff, and that's what the inside of my jacket looks like.
