No complaints, except, one of the pole sections broke when i was taking it apart. I called customer service and they sent me a new section and a string to restring it - at no charge - the tent has a life time warranty. Received it in one week, and it was very easy to restring. We had one night of very heavy rain and there were no leaking problems at all, very spacious - good enough for three people and gear. Best for car camping. If backpacking the weight could be split between two people. I loved the two side windows, it is nice to see what's going on outside. We used a generic footprint (tarp) on the ground and it worked just fine.
