Highly visible colors. Easy on/off. Hood is like a gentle cup so it doesn't annoy the dogs.

does this coat have a hole for a harness D-ring - around the top of the shoulders? I can't tell from pictures and the description doesn't say. I have a papillon (toy) who wears a harness rather than a collar. Need leash access to the d-ring. Thanks.

The hole is located for attaching to a collar. There is a loop on the back for attaching a light that is positioned closer to where a harness d-ring would be located (right below the logo), but that is not a hole.

I have a tall (14" at shoulder) mini poodle with a length of 18" from neck to tail, girth of 18" with half coat. It's really hard to find coats to fit both length and girth. What are the dimensions of you medium sun shower coat? Thanks!

Well-Designed for the Water-Shy Hound

Our cattle dog does not like the rain. We could get her out for about a half mile tops before we purchased this jacket. She'd squint her eyes against the rain and turn back home at the first opportunity. We got a medium (her harness is for a 20-28" chest). While it is a bit big for her chest, the body length is great for her. It doesn't slip at all and she actually seems to like it. I felt a bit odd about having her in a rain coat at first, but we get to go for longer walks in the rain than before, so I'm over it!

Features we really like:
Easy to get on and off - clips concealed enough that they stay clean, though.
Hood folds back - great if it stops raining mid-outing. We leave it attached; she likes it on when it is actively raining.
Loop for light - we've got some short days headed our way in the northern hemisphere.
Keeps the belly dry as well as the back.
