Ruffwear Gourdo Dog Toy - 2008 BCS
Nubs on the Ruffwear Gourdo Dog Toy stimulate your dog's gums and help clean teeth, while the larger hollow end hides treats for when your pup has been extra good. Bring the floatable Gourdo along on lake and beach trips. A slobber-free throw handle lets you play fetch and tug-of-war without goo-ing up your hand, and the natural rubber is sustainable, bouncy, and durable.

I don't know if I'm using it right, but it has been a great pleasure. And my dog likes it too.

dock jumping or just out at the local pond this toy is great. I (dog) lost this at the end of autumn and was bummed. but the next spring we (she) found it again and could not have been happier. it was like she knew exactly where she left it. good girl. great quality and durability.

Pup Loves It

My dog loves this toy. I like the fact that the rope can be replaced after he has torn through it. It also won't get saturated with slobber which is nice
did not work out for me..

the small size is black and that color is a sure bet to lose outside on a camping trip! Plus the rope part has frayed in about one time use by my dog.... so, I will stick to the other ruffwear toys which are great like the turnip toy.
Good quality but just not interested...

My dog loved this at first, and chewed the rope off in about 10 min. BUT, she was way more interested in the squeaky toys and her Ruffwear Frisbee which has lasted years. Great quality product though - Ruffwear is the only company that I've found to make really durable, long-lasting dog stuff.

This toy is like bubblegum for a dog, I gave it to my avy rescue dog, and she instantly fell in love with it.... until my 9 yr old yellow lab got ahold of it, and he was in heaven, guess I need another. I do believe however if you have a puppy, this toy would save hundreds of dollars in shoes, etc. if my 9yr old rolls his eyes with pleasure while chewing it, I can only imagine how a 5 - 9 month teething puppy would love this!
My dog LOVES the Gourdo.

He's now trained to fetch as I yell "Gourdo"! Although the rope got chewed out in about 10 seconds, the rubber is nuclear in the bombproof level. Like all the Ruffwear stuff, this is very well made.
