I have a pair of these as well as the 23" version and love them both. They are roomy enough to let you move around comfortably, but not baggy. I've worn them hiking and surfing for hours at a time with no sign of chaffing. They feel like they'll hold up for years and have that cool understated Patagonia style.

Are these more baggy or more slim fitting? I know they say regular fit, but I'd love to ehar someones opinion from experience. I am 6'1'' , 165 lbs, and i have skinny bird legs... I don't want baggy shorts! Does Patagonia sell a more slim fitting board short?

I'd give these a shot. I wouldn't necessarily call them slim, but they're definitely not baggy. The Patagonia 23's might be another option to consider, they're an additional 2 inches longer.

Just got back from a week in Hawaii and wore these non stop, Hiking, snorkeling, surfing and just around town. They are simple, dry fast, pocket is perfect for key and then put my wallet in. Light and even when wet don't get in the way or have to adjust.
