Now you can't tell from the picture online, but the most flattering part of these shorts is that the waistband folds down to reveal a super cute black and white print. I'll be honest, when I first tried them on, I didn't love the fit- I thought the waistband cut in and gave me a slight muffin top. But, once I folded them over, they were adorable and fit so well. I wear these shorts to bikram yoga and they are super comfortable adn really flexible. I'd definitely recommend these for yoga. Or if you are more daring, they would work for the gym or running- just keep in mind they are pretty short! I am 5'7 120 and the small fit great.
