Oakley Landic Pant - Men's - 2010 BCS
The progressive, slim design of the Oakley Landic Pant reflects the style and shreddage of pro rider Eiki Helgason. True to its boardsport roots in skateboarding, the Landics slim fit and Thinsulate insulation mean your rotations arent complicated with a bunch of fluff and bulk. When its absolutely puking out, the pants 20K-rated waterproof fabric and fully taped seams keep your legs bone-dry, and the inner thigh vents let you dump excess heat. S now-skirt compatibility and boot gaiters add snow protection, and an adjustable slimmer-fit zip gusset rounds out this pro-worthy package.
Bottom Line:
Spinning made hassle-free, like it was meant to be.

I agree with the sizing suggestion. I am a 32 pants and the M fit fine, but there wasn't much extra room

They're warmer than just a shell pant as they have 60g (IIRC) of Thnisulate in them, but should be OK for a pretty wide range of temps for downhilling/resort riding/skiing if you're willing to forgo the base layer under them and use the vents if things start getting sweaty.
I think I'd probably still want at least a lightweight base layer under them when temps get down around 15F and below, and I usually run hot.
I imagine they might be a bit hot for spring touring though.
