Plus, the Phylon midsole with PU cushioning and heat-moldable liner with space blanket heating technology provides the comfort you expect from Nike.

super comfortable!

shredded with them the same day i bought and had them molded. then i went out and boarded with them and it felt like i had these boots forever! the comfort is absolutely amazing! great boots but definitely try before you buy as sizes run a little small.

Not true to size

Do not buy these boots online unless you have tried them on before. I own last years models, I am a 10 in all shoes sizes, and the tens were too small, I sent them back and ordered 10.5s which fit like 11s they are incredibly comfortable even though they are too big, so I imagine if the fit is right they would be even better. My toes just get kind of cold because of the extra room, but I would still recommend the boots, just try them on in a shop first if you can because they do not fit true to size

Anyone know how these guys compare to last year's Vapen? I tried out some, but they were softer than i like. I currently got last year's Zoom Force 1s, and they are damn near as stiff as new, too stiff for my liking. Have the Vapens stiffened up at all?

they are a little stiffer not to stiff i bounced around from these and the zoom force =. i like how the zoom force hold in your heals more for aggresive riding. for all around fun i love my Vapens

i got these for xmas and i swear by them. i have never been so comfortable in a boot period. I swore up and down by 32 boots since i have ridden got these from my girlfriend and i almost want to buy another pair for when these pack out. soft responsive and everything you want in a boot. it is a MUST BUY

I wear size 10 and a half in vans and purchased a pair of 11 that fit perfectly. I dont know if that will help.

Love this boot. They are super comfortable and true to size. I got them for Christmas and they are still looking great. They are very warm too. I would definitely recommend these boots.

Sick boots

I am an all mountain rider and I love these boots! They are great for hitting up banks or just getting some air. Very warm boot they insulate great and stay warm all day. I would highly recommend these to my friends!

They are so comfortable and they don't feel awkward whatsoever. In the picture I thought they were a coral which is why I ordered them, but when they came in they were a super BRIGHT red which I didn't have a problem with. I do not recommend buying the boots without trying them on. Boot sizes are very different based on the brand.

Great boot

Just used these on the first trip of the year and absolutely loved them, zero complaints. As some others have pointed out they are a little bit soft yet still provide very good response. These would be a great boot if you stick mostly to the park. Being as I don't spend a lot of time in the park I probably should have gotten something a tad more stiff, but oh well.

As for sizing they were true to fit for me. I wear a 9.5 in most Nike SB shoes and a 9 in most "normal" Nike shoes. I tried these on in a 9 and they were just a tad too tight, 9.5 fit perfectly.

The Vapens are extremely comfortable and keep my feet plenty warm. Comfort has not been an issue to this point yet. I tried on a lot of boots in the $150-200ish price range and I doubt you'll find something more comfortable than the Vapen.

A little too soft for my taste...

Definitely try them on first.

Way way way way too soft, even compared to my 4 year old (250 days) SLXs.

When I wore them, I felt like I would break bones in my foot if I ever slipped while I was on my toe edge. The tongue provides no forward resistance, so your ankle can compress wayyyyy too far.

I am a size 8 1/2 in women's so would I need a 6 1/2 to get these since they are a men shoe? Also is the outside more red or pinkish in some areas because the photo is deceiving .

I saw these boots at Sport Chalet today, the red is more of a crimson red, they aren't pink at all in real life.
