Best Snowboard Jacket Ever!!

By:

If you're looking for an awesome snowboard jacket, this is the one! It's so stylish and has a great color too. I've never been this warm while snowboarding. It has lots of cool compartments in the jacket to keep all your stuff safe and dry. The color is a mix between salmon pink and orange. Definitely a color to be noticed in! Also, it's very stain-resistant. I spilled warm, red wine on the jacket and I wiped it right off without it leaving any spot. Awesome jacket!

So is the jacket red or orange?...Sure looks orange in the photo..can't imagine that bright orange would be too flattering...does anyone know???? Looks like this question has been asked before....please help! love the style but don't think I'll like orange.

It's definitely not red. I was pretty disappointed with the color actually. It's hard to describe, but it's more like a salmony pink color than anything. (And I hate the color pink). It looks nothing like the picture. But in pictures that I have of myself wearing it, it looks closer to a bright orangey-red. In person though, it is anything but.

As for the jacket, it's amazing. I could live in it. I absolutely love it. Which is why I didn't return it despite the color.

Awesome Jacket - Not so awesome color

By:

I got the Daring Red/White jacket size small. I'm about 5'7-5'8, 135lbs. 34-26.5-40. It's a little snug on the hips, but still very comfy.

COLOR
The color is more of a salmony pink, definitely NOT red. In photos of myself wearing it, it looks more bright orange, but in person it is between salmon/pink and faded orange. I actually hate the color of it. I wish I had gotten the maroon color.

JACKET
I love the jacket. Love, love love. It is so comfortable and warm, I don't want to take it off when I get inside the house! It's like wearing a fluffy pillow, but it's not too bulky. It has a cute feminine cut, and I love the giant buttons. It is very long, which I love. It covers my butt. I haven't worn it snowboarding yet, since it hasn't even snowed yet :( but it has nice wrist gaiters and zipped all the way up it covers my nose, so I'm sure it will be perfect!

All in all I would recommend this jacket. It is a great jacket. Just know that the daring red is not red.

Best Jacket Ever.

I purchased the Deep Burgundy/ White coat, Size Medium and I couldn't be happier. The pictures of the color are accurate, it's a deep purple, subtle, yet cute. This coat offers all the expected "snowboarding" necessities and it's ADORABLE and comfy! It's down, so it's puffy, but not too puffy. The length is perfect, just long enough to cover your butt! Not to mention, it is very warm... Probably the warmest/cutest/best coat I have ever owned! PS: I am 145lbs and 5'7, the medium fits perfect.

This has been the warmest snowboard jacket I've ever owned! I've been riding with only a merino wool base layer and this jacket and I feel fine. I like how it covers my butt, so even when I wipe out in deep pow I don't get snow down my pants or in my jacket. My favorite thing about this is how big the neck cuff is. When its cold and windy on a long chairlift ride, I can easily bury my face in it and stay warm. The hood is also insulated in down and is big enough to wear over a helmet. Plus this jacket looks good!

Pretty Good, 4.5

By:
December 11, 2011

I can't give half stars but if I could this coat would be a 4.5. Like other reviewers I felt it was a little snug in the hips. I am 5'4, 135... I ordered the medium because I wear a lot of sweatshirts-- I'm a 36 C, so I fear the small would have been too small in the chest. Also the cuffs for the sleeves are a little big (I assume it is because this is actually a snowboarding coat...) Either way, the pros out weigh the cons.

I ordered the red/orange (I figured from the pictures it was more of an orange) and I really love it. I thought it was going to be too loud but on gray winter days I'm sure it will cheer me up :]

Awesome Coat

By:
December 8, 2011

This coat is absolutely perfect for Montana winters. It is very feminine and cute , but still super warm. I ordered both colors, and kept the burgundy. The Daring Red is really more like a bright orange, but not that awful safety orange. I thought it was extremely cute, but just felt the burgundy was a better color for me. I'm 5'3" and about 117 pounds, and the small is perfect - plenty of room for layering, but not too loose.
