Mountain Hardwear Tuja Trench Coat - Women's
Since you don’t live in the backcountry, wear the Mountain Hardwear Women’s Tuja Trench Coat on those days you spend in the city. This urban-styled trench coat features a sleek softshell exterior that keeps out the wind and light precipitation. The luxuriously soft lining not only feels good, it also helps you stay warm from your neck to your knees. Several pockets hold valuables—an internal pocket with an earpiece cord exit fits your cell or MP3.
Bottom Line:
A coat for urban adventures.

Can you take the photo with your arms down to your sides?

I love the way this coat looks in the photo which is why I purchased it. I received it a few days ago and when you look at the seams, they are not flat. The fabric is all bubbled around the metal grommet on the left breast. The jacket is not nearly as flattering on my hanger as it is in this photo. The one I received goes STRAIGHT DOWN without ANY CURVING IN at the waist. I am so disappointed with the workmanship that sadly, I will have to return it. The fabric bubbles on the front left seam towards the pocket as if the fabric was not laying flat when it was being sewn. This would be a nightmare for a drycleaner to press! I WISH THAT IT LOOKED SIMILAR TO THE PHOTO DEPICTED HERE. In addition, the right collar is about 1" longer than the left collar. This looks worse than my first sewing project in the 7th grade!

I just packed mine back up after great FAST shipping...as well as too long sleeves, it does not lie flat, it bulges out at the waist. The photo is not accurate. I will say that this company has great service though~

you contradicted yourself...first you wrote>"this is a shapely coat which pulls in at the waistline just right." Then you wrote> "My only complaint is that the storm flap behind the zipper should have been a bit thinner to prevent bulk down the front"

I live in an apartment near my university and walk to and from school (uphill both ways) its cold but I tend to work up a sweat. Is this breathable?

Which long sleeves is my problem. Most are too short! You know how your arm width(wing span) is suppose dot be the same as your height? My wing span is 4inches longer than I am tall. So this coat sounds just about perfect for me!

I did the same...while I LOVED this coat, the sleeves are at least 6-8 inches too long...there is NO way to turn them up because of the zippers and the snaps. What a disappointment...back it goes.
