Montrail Hardrock Mid GTX Shoe - Women's - 2008 BCS

Item # MON0084

We agree that you should recycle plastic bags, but wrapping them around your hiking shoes to keep the water out isn’t exactly what we had in mind. Especially not when the Montrail Women’s Hardrock Mid GTX Shoe is in existence. Worried that all that waterproof Gore-Tex technology will leave your foot sweltering and sweaty? The Hardrock’s breathable mesh upper works with the breathable characteristics of Gore-Tex so heat can escape when your foot warms up on the trail. The mid-length cuff provides ankle support without feeling stiff or adding excess weight, and the Gryptonite outsole keeps you upright on wet surfaces.

Bottom Line:

Recycle your plastic bags another way.

I have been hiking in the regular Hardrocks for years. They are one of the only shoes I can wear, so I've dealt with one weakness and I'm hoping its gone in the mid version: dust comes in through the mesh fabric in piles. I have to stop and empty my shoes sometimes. Does the mid have this same issue?
