Montane Firefox Jacket - Women's - 2011 BCS
Give bitter cold wind the slip when you wear the lightweight Montane Women’s Firefox Jacket. Insulated and windproof, the Firefox keeps warmth in and cold out. A DWR treatment on both the shell and lining provides water-resistance while strategically placed Primaloft insulation decreases bulk. Wear as a single layer on cold days or as a midlayer when the mercury really drops. Stash the Firefox into its own pocket when the weather eases up. A tapered cut gives the Firefox a contoured look as you climb, hike, or just run errands in town.
- PLEASE NOTE: This garment fits close to the body and runs small

I'm 5'7" with long arms and the sleeves are perfect. It's boxy and hits just below my butt. It's warm and I haven't felt the wind through it. Wore it when it was sprinkling and most of the water just beaded off. User OlyaN's photo looks nicely fitted, so I'd suggest ordering a size down if you think you can, for a more flattering fit. I probably could have gone a size down, but I followed their sizing recommendation.

I bought this for my girlfriend with a little apprehension. All I knew of Montane was that they are a European company and Backcountry claims to be an exclusive dealer. I'm a little skeptical when anyone claims to be an exclusive dealer. This jacket is great. The build quality is exceptional. It is every bit as nice as my Arcteryx Atom LT and much more nicely built than my Westcomb Chilko Sweater. I left this review as I was looking to see if they had it in men's. This is a value at retail, and a downright steal at $62. For sizing - my GF is 5'4" and 120# - and a US6/UK8 fit perfectly.
