Nice Pack, wish more features
June 30, 2011
Feature I like:
lightweight with internal frame, top pocket removable. Great capacity. It easy to put a bear can inside horizontally, and still have lots of room for other things. My base weight is about 13 - 14 lbs, with this pack, I can pack in almost 20 lbs food and water, enough for a 10 day's trip without resupply. Fabric is strong, and feels smooth and cool. Comfy on my hips and shoulders with 30lbs weight.
Features I wish it had:
Removable internal frame if I'm ready to go ultralight that I can still use the pack. A large front pocket to store maps. A belt pocket for small things, and larger side pockets. I managed to add my own removable belt pocket and a map pocket. So it's kind of flexisible in a way, though.
