This shirt is fricken adorable. I didn't actually read the product info before buying it, so i'm not sure if it says that the sleeves are velvet, but yea the sleeves are velvet. So cute, i get compliments everytime i wear it. I had to buy a size 6, normally a size 2 or 4, but i like that it fits a little bigger, looks good with tights
