Hincapie Sportswear Performer Capri - Women's - 2010 BCS

Item # HIN0175

If just thinking about tights and knickers makes the backs of your knees sweaty, you’ll be stoked to hear that the Hincapie Sportswear Performer Cycling Knicker has flexible mesh panels behind the knees. If you hate waistband-pinching while you ride, you'll be even more psyched when you hear about the capri's wide, anatomically-shaped waistband that eliminates pressure points. The antibacterial, shaped-for-a-lady chamois stretches and absorbs shock for comfort mile after mile.

Bottom Line:

A capri that makes long cruises comfier.

Chamois style comes down to (very) personal preference and I think this one is the bomb. If you're into PI gear, then these may not be for you, but for those who think Pearl has a diaper fettish...try the Hincapie. Following a 'less is more' ethos, the chamois is on the thinner side, but definitely stands up to longer rides. It is also incredibly soft, so no chafing issues. The rest of the materials and construction are high quality and as stylish as you're going to get in the spandex realm. These did run a little larger than I'd have expected. I got an XL, which said 10-12 in the sizing chart, and could've gone with an L.
