NO, unfortunately it's not gonna fit. The dimensions for the Gen-6 iPod Nano is:
Height: 1.48 inches
Width: 1.61 inches
Depth: 0.35 inch

The Shuffle dimensions are:
Height:1.14 inches (29.0 mm)
Width: 1.24 inches (31.6 mm)
Depth: 0.34 inch (8.7 mm) including clip

It'd be close, but probably loose enough for it to fall out all the time. Besides, the shuffle doesn't need to be worn as a watch, as there's not even a display screen and already has a clip that you can attach to yourself
