Item # HYH0746

Battle frostbite without taking a bite out of your checking account with the Helly Hansen Legend Pant. Thanks to the insulation and show-shedding performance fabric, your legs will stay warm and dry even through chilly, wet storms.

  • PrimaLoft insulation keeps your knees and butt toasty on long lift rides
  • Articulated knees help with free-heel knee bends and mogul runs
  • Boot gaiters allow a full seal so powder puffs don’t shoot up into your nether regions
  • Thigh vents dump excess heat as you blow through the pow

Bottom Line:

Value and protection for quality-seeking powderhounds.

Great pair of pants

Great pants, have kept me warm and dry in all conditions. If you have long legs, these pants will be a nice surprise since I'm 6'4" and I was worried the pants would be too short but they're way longer than the TNF legends I bought a while back (albeit not the long version).

My only gripe is that the material seems a little too soft and fragile so it might tear easily on rocks or branches. I guess time will tell.

Just got these...are they really insulated? It feels like they're just a shell? Maybe the insulation is just thin?

The insulation is only on the knees and butt (as the description says). Of course, like you I only read the table on the right which doesn't mention that. You can indeed feel the insulation on the knees and butt.

Used these for two days straight in the NE. Performed well. I agree, they seem thin like a shell, but they are nice and warm without making you sweat! Buy these pants...well worth it!

60-gram insulation is pretty thin, but you should still be able to feel it between your fingers. If it really feels like a shell only, perhaps double check that they send the correct pants?

Great Ski or Board Pant

By: Departmentofgoods.com Employee

Since these are on sale right now, I'd scoop them up. Really nice, warm, comfy pant to ski or snowboard in. The boot cut is great and gives plenty of room for a ski or board boot. These also don't look like a specific ski or board boot so if you do both, you'll still look the part.
