Thanks for the data and advise Shane. I totally agree with you. The thing is that I´m from Argentina, where they import only Salomon, Tecnica or Rossignol, mainly beginner to intermediate level boots, usually 2 or 3 times more expensive than an advance to expert boot at the States. And even when I find here a boot that I might be interested is pretty hard to find my size. So I might take my chances and by a pair of ski boots online based only on the specks and see what happens.

Well this is a decent choice of boot to grab, good last for your foot. Go for it, backcountry.com has one of the best return policies around. If you want something that you can work with even if the fit isn't perfect out of the box, check out something fully customizable. They cost more, but are so nice after some tweaking.

Hi, I`m an Advanced skier, size mondo 26 and I have a half width foot (100 mm). Is this boot for me? For reference I recently tried out the Nordica Speedmachine 8 and I found them a bit narrow.

The last is a M103, so it is about your foot size with sock. Personally I recommend that you try boots on before you buy them, because you can definitely get a great boot, that isn't great for you. At least backcountry.com has a great return policy, so you can send them back if they aren't right for you.

So, this particular boot will not work with the bindings on the k2 apache sabre skis?

Yes. It will. Those are Marker alpine bindings and these are Head alpine boots. "Alpine" bindings are a type of binding for a specific type of skiing, where you just ski down the hill and your heel is attached. As opposed to AT (Alpine Touring) where your heel can be temporarily detached for hiking (these boots will also work for that) or telemark bindings, where your heel is permanently detached and you use a different turn, bindings, and boots. Every pair of K2s that comes with bindings on this site is compatible with these boots, as are the bindings on the Sabres.

The product specs state that the boots binding compatibility is an alpine binding. Does this mean that the boot will only work with one kind of binding system? Or, will the boots work with any type of bindings?

It means you have to use alpine or AT bindings, rather than telemark or dynafit. You can use any alpine or AT binding you want, but it has to be one of those.
