These pants are superb quality and I really like the design with the Velcro straps avoiding to get in to my bicycle chain. It prevented me to get wet during medium rain, and snow. I am a commuter in New York City and I've been using them since November 2012 with some periods of rain as I said and I've been staying dry when I reach home at night. The only thing that I could particularly mention these pants do not provide any insulation or have any protection from the inside for the cold weather. I use them on top of my lycra tights with padding and I can say they are also a wind breaker. They are long pants ( I am 5'6" ) these are for a taller person but it doesn't matter because you can adjust it with the velcro straps. I also loved the features for high visibility riding at night. UPDATE*** Long pants are really good for riding and covers my shoes in case of heavy rain.

Only 4 stars because I never tried it. I bought these because I thought they'd be a stretchier alternative to another pair of rain pants I just bought, but they were pretty much the same. I did not like the feel of the rear pocket on my bum, but when the pants warmed up a bit while wearing them I stopped noticing it. Nice long legs for cycling. If my other pair weren't so similar, I'd have happily kept these.
