The Giro Phase Bike Helmet features tons of venting to keep your melon cool during those mid-summer rides that you regret letting yourself get talked into. It looks like they could have saved the $300 that they spent on their helmets for a helmet like yours that actually vents.

Nice, comfortable and light helmet.

Aight, this is my first real mountain bike helmet, but I'm going to review it. I have a gigantic head, like I wear a size 7 5/8 hat, but this helmet fits me perfectly. I also was astonished by how light it is. It literally weighs less than a newspaper. And it just looks awesome. It's a great helmet, if your hesitant, don't be. It's fully worth it.

great fit and good look

tried on a number of lids at local store. most made my head look like a muffin top. retention cinch in back holds lid in place during bumps and drops where you do not want to have it cover your eyes. glad i bought it.

Dig the Giro Phase Helmet

I have a big awkward head. This is one of the few helmets I found that is adjustable and makes my odd noggin' just about bulletproof when riding. I chose this helmet over a few others because of the great coverage in the back of the head. It does weigh a little more than similarly priced helmets in this category, but a few extra grams of helmet for more coverage is a small price to pay when you fly over the handle bars.
