Giordana Laser Short Sleeve Men's Jersey

Item # GIO0292

With its classic styling and use of advanced materials, the Giordana Laser Short Sleeve Jersey offers Pro features without the cost of this year's top-flight kit. It's made with Moovix Light, a material that it is superlight and breathable, so that it effortlessly expands and moves with your body. You'll never feel constricted, but the snug cut will keep the jersey close to your body and not flapping in the wind. Moovix Light is a material that has an amazing rate of moisture transfer which pulls the perspiration away from your skin keeping you dry on even the most humid and hot days. Ventilation is also aided by the panels of perforated material along the center of the back and under the arms.

The Laser jersey has a unique triangle of fabric that serves as an expandable insert designed to allow the collar to sit smoothly whether you're in an upright position or down hammering in the drops. The cuffs are simply doubled lycra that keeps the sleeves in place without being grabby or irritating. At the rear of the jersey, the elastic in the hem has a silicone gripper on the inside to hold the bottom of the jersey steady even when the pockets are loaded. And the three rear pockets with a fourth zippered pocket can hold a ton. No worries about not being able to fit your phone, id, inner tubes, CO? cartridges, gel packs, and rain cape. A reflective accent on the zippered pocket enhances visibility for added safety.

The CamLock zipper locks in the down position and flips up to allow one hand adjustment. The zipper also features protective garages at both ends to protect the materials from the zipper teeth and prevent snags. Four needle flat-stitching keeps you from enduring irritation and is used to control stretch and enhance durability.

The Giordana Laser Short Sleeve Jersey comes in Black/white, Blue/white, and White/black. It's available in six sizes from Small though XXX-Large.

Best jersey I've found

By:
November 8, 2012

I've tried Pearl, Capo, Castelli, even Etxe Ondo. For my build, these are the best fit. I am 6'3", 180 lbs, 43 " chest. The XL fits very well. Rode the black jersey during the hot summer and was just as comfortable as with any of my other non-Giordana jerseys. Quality of material used is a step above most other manufacturers. Have not noticed the zipper problem other reviewers have reported. I am sold on the Laser.

White Jersey Review

By:

Thought it was nice quality jersey. Probably would have kept it but I bought it at the same time as purchasing the CAPO Padrone. CAPO Padrone blew it away. Did not feel like it was worth the high price tag. Sorry Giordana. Usually high quality but not at this price.

nice jersey, but gimmicky and unreliable zipper design

By:

nice material, comfortable, fits as advertised.

the problem is the CamLock zipper which, as far as i'm concerned, tries to fix something that isn't broken and breaks it in the process. when the zipper is flipped down, it locks the zipper. you must flip the zipper up in order to release the lock and zip up or down. it seems like a clever idea, but unzipping usually means pulling the zipper into the down position, engaging the lock and *then* trying to unzip. i wasn't even aware there was a CamLock feature with this jersey when i tried to take it off for the first time... long story short, I ended up forcing it and making it impossible to re-zip the jersey ever again. $100 down the drain.
