Yes. This is a 3 in 1 jacket. You can use the jacket on it's on, the liner and then the two together.

Built with the tried and true 2L Microshield fabric. It provides an engineered shield against snow, rain, and wind while maintaining a comfortable interior environment. A durable DWR-finished outer fabric is bonded to a technical waterproof breathable membrane. This jacket features a removable yarn-dye tech flannel liner. 10,000mm waterproofing and 10,000 breathability. One of my favorite features about this jacket is the drop hood. It's made of seven uniquely cut panels of Microshield material. It provides full protection for the head and face while still offering a 180 degree range of peripheral view.
