Forum Grudge Snowboard - Wide - 2008 BCS

Item # FRM0230

With Forum's highest-end wood core, the Grudge Wide Snowboard is not only Forum's lightest weight board, it's also super strong—a killer board for taking your big feet to the whole mountain. The new SuperGnarLE3 core also features 30% sustainable lightweight wood in order to reduce environmental impact so as to keep the powder days coming. This directional twintip features thick carbon strands down the middle of its fiberglass laminate, which make the Grudge's tip and tail über snappy for excellent ollieing. The Grudge's Formula base gives you tons of speed for when you charge that massive gap.

Bottom Line:

Forum's flagship board kicks ass from park to peak.

More of a freestyle deck that can slay the powder. If you like the steep and deep, then grab this for sure. It is awesome for that terrain. Really well made, sintered base that allows you to fly down the mountain if properly maintained. The stiffness responds great, you throw up the great rooster tail. Backcountry killer for days.

It is a Di-cut base this means that you don't know what base you are going to get. It flip flops. Black or white or gold. It is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

I bought this board for my big-footed son and he absolutely loves it. It is light and fast. Put the Forum Republic Bindings on it - a very sweet setup.

10.5 is usually the cut off point for burton bindings. I don't know which boots you have, if they are a simmer 32 then you might be ok. If you got medium Forums you could make it work. The board will be fine if you duck your stance out, positive 15 and negative 12. This will take away some of the toe drag.

The 154 wide is 24.6 cm and the 158 wide is 25.5cm. No you have to decide how much you weight and make the choice from there. Great deck, super snappy and responsive.

It doesn't come with bindings, so it depends which ones you get. It also depends on the length of the board you get.
