Red or white, Emerica doesn't discriminate, and the Men's Wino Shoe proves that chilling with your favorite grape juice doesn't have to be a black tie affair. This casual shoe is designed for skating as well as crashing on park benches, so you don't have to plan a trip home to change shoes after a morning session.
This shoe is a fun shoe its defintly not for skating unless u put a better sole over the original one and even then its not good for skating but for just chillin at skool or at home its a great shoe i havent tried it longboarding yet but i plan to soon.
These shoes are comfortable enough (a bit hard as they are so low profile), they feel quality and they fit really nicely with moderately skinny jeans (like some matix miners). My only problems is finding shoe laces that fit them, since they only have 4 holes on either side these is a lot of excess meaning you'll either have to have it all flopping around on top, or tuck it in under your foot which is uncomfortable.
Got my Winos today and I couldn't be happier with them. The insole is super comfy, and this shoe is really lightweight, it's super thin and not a lot of padding really. The sole is really flexible so it's just generally a super comfy shoe. I wouldn't skate in them though because the material is so thin i think they would definitely rip fast. I got them in a 9.5 and the shoe is about 11.5 inches from heel to toe.
The Emerica Wino will fit different than the Chukka Low but you will still want to buy the same size you wear in any other shoe. The reason the fit will be different is due to the make of the shoe. It will feel different.
