Pull on the DC Men’s Sega 10 Slim Pant and get your sag on. The 10K-rated waterproof, fully-taped shell keep you dry all day long, while the removable boxer gaiter lets you roll gangsta style without freezing your ass off.
Fully taped seams prevent melted snow from leaking in
Removable boxer gaiter lets you sag while keeping out snow

Okay so I have the helix dc coat and the powder skirt has a bunch of hook ons that goes with all the dc pants, will they only work for dc pants or do all pants have those?
Ran these pants in late January, early February in Vail. They're dope. They sag as much as you want, the boxer gaiter keeps you warm and dry and fully covered. I would keep the gaiter pulled tight around my waist and waistline of the pants would sit pretty just near the bottom of my asscheeks. Steez. The bottoms zip to flare out a bit and go over your bindings. More steez.
Fully durable, the waterproofing held up in the powder during blaze sessions and they'd be dry and ready to go the next morning. I've got them here at home now and they're still lookin brand new like they came. Fresh as fuck.
I got them in the 'black' color, and shit.. they look just like jeans! I would almost recommend the indigo or even the blazing yellow if you wanted to stand out and look all sick. But its up to you.
All in all, I'm stoked on these pants and plan to use them for seasons to come. Right on guys. DC stuff is krip.
This pants are pretty nice, but heavy. I own a pair of Holden Standard pants and they are not nearly as slim as them, but they have a nice "ghetto slim" fit to them. They are a nice changeup from all the damn tight pants, which is why I bought them. They have a nice hang to them (I'm 5'8" and 150 and bought a medium) and they are a good fit. Gotta sag em to get that look, and will fit well with you tall tee fools out there. The guy below has it down. Sick pants A+

so the pants you have pictured are the '09s then, not the 2010 because the '10s dont have the DC on the back pocket which had me confused at first. therefore, the rider pictured is sportin the 2010s..my only question is how different are the sizes between the slim and regular fit? im not looking for super baggy nor super slim, but i sag em so which would you recommend if i were to order a large and im 6'1 170 & 34 waist? slim or regular?
a bit heavier than i would have liked, but that's probably due to the very authentic denim-like material... these things are actually made of a cotton denim material like your favorite pair of everyday levis, unlike other denim snowpants on the market that just look denim but are actually 100% polyester nylon... the sega slims actually have mostly cotton in the outer (70% cotton), which i was surprised to learn... that fact actually has me a little worried, as i'm curious as to how waterproof the pant will be after the waterproof coating wears off... as for fit, they're a little less slim and a little more roomy than some other "slim" pants, so if you've got jed anderson / joe sexton / jon kooley style go with a smaller size... still has a great flared out look with knees slightly taken in, but again go a lot smaller to get that laura hadar's pant look... the sega slims are more "ghetto slim" if that makes any sense; the right size will get you nice hang to go with your tall tees and hoodies... all in all, a great park pant that will get the job done (but go with airblaster, holden, or L1 if you want a real slim pant)...
Not a good idea. Although they are definitely denim, they are also clearly snow pants. The inside is lined with water proof material and the leg is cut specifically to taper around a snowboard boot so they would look real awkward if your not wearing a boot.
Last season, I had been trying (with no success) to find a good pair of black denim looking slim pants. Ken Block over at DC must have heard my prayers, because I found out that this year the Sega is rocking that exact look. I got my hands on some and tested them out at the end of last year. They are SICK. They're slim for sure, super good waterproofing/breathability, the color is freak-nasty, have zipper pockets, and mesh lined thigh vents.
Everything you would expect from you favorite pair of denim, but in snowpants.
the airblaster sister pants are definitely slimmer... go with holden's sonny denim skinny pant or L1's kooley denim pant if you want a really slim denim snowpant.
They're both pretty freakin slim. When you try them on they feel a little roomy, but they have to be so you're not frankenstein legs on the mountain. Once you get strapped in and moving around, they feel way skinny.
