So I love this bag, its the perfect size for a carry on bag and I was easily able to fit a weeks worth of spring summer clothes in and an extra pair of shoes. The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't have any pegs on the bottom front of the bag so it doesn't stand on its own when you are waiting in line, you need to lean it up against a wall, your leg, or something like that.

Terrible product. No side bolstering, all soft. Main problem is it won't stand on it's own... well that is unless you want to pack all your clothes at the bottom to make it bottom heavy so it won't fall over. EVERY luggage should have feet opposite the rollers so it can stand alone. This doesn't. FAIL.
