DAKINE Navigator Glove - Men's - 2010 BCS

Item # DAK1774

Dig deep into the powder caches of winter with dexterity and comfort thanks to the Primaloft-insulated DAKINE Men's Navigator. Elasticized cuffs and a four-way stretch Weathershield shell create a streamlined profile that doesn't feel bulky or get in the way of grabbing buckles or closing clips. Durable Durafuse leather on the palms resists abrasion so these gloves hang tough no matter how many times you ride the rope tow or shovel jumps in the backcountry. Tired of frigid hands from soggy conditions? A fixed wool lining retains heat even when it's wet so your day rages on even if wet weather rolls in hard.

Bottom Line:

Point the way with protected paws.

How heavy or thick are these gloves? I need a good windstopping glove that's somewhat waterproof for walking to class and cleaning off my car. I had the Eddie Bauer First Ascent wind-pro gloves but I lost them and now they're sold out, so I need a replacement. What do you guys think?

I snagged these off tramdock before it was toppled. I used them at a local ski hill, -5 degree F was the high and the gloves are a size small so they were very tight, I wear a med. I had no issues skiing for 2 hrs before a warm-up break, and could have definately stayed out longer but my toes were numb. I am so impressed that I ordered a med from BC and also ordered the Dakine wrangler from the DOG....best leather ski glove I have ever owned.
