DAKINE Crossfire Glove

Item # DAK1778

Flash the Dakine Men’s Crossfire Glove as you throw it down at the park. Part of the Dakine Method series of low-profile, performance-fit gloves, the Crossfire features a tough nylon shell with a DWR finish that repels water. The glove’s precurved box finger construction makes it easy to execute a grab, and the durable Clarino synthetic palm won’t shed when you get it right. A waterproof neoprene cuff seals out spring slush.

Bottom Line:

wasnt expecting colors on palm of glove, couldnt see that in any pictures on internet. gloves are good for a layer but arent very good for sustained warmth throughout a day of skiing. great for 40 degree weather.

For a light glove, will keep you warm and dry

I bought the black version of these gloves and they have been pretty good so far. I used them this season when I went on a trip to Mont Tremblant, Canada. The temperature was below zero but these gloves held up in keeping dry and warm. They're also very flexible (of course, they're pipe gloves). The rubber palm definitely helps in keeping grip and staying dry. If you're looking for a glove that is easy to move in but will also keep you relatively dry and warm, the Crossfires are a good choice. The price is also reasonable.

I'd give 'em 5 stars, but dammit, I hate ugly steez, and these are steez-alicious. If you like Grenade gear and the look of most Burton stuff because the concept of a color aneurysm is cool to you, then you should buy these gloves for looks.
I happened to buy them for spring riding/skiing. They breathe pretty well, are comfortable in the snow or in 40 degree weather, they're tough, and most certainly (and best of all) really, really flippin' waterproof. I have large hands and they fit remarkably well: probably the most comfortable glove I've worn, and I'm a pretty dedicated Hestra wearer. Buy a pair and hate the color scheme, but enjoy the gloves.

Good for winter temperatures, haven't tried them in sub-zero temps yet, but they are really warm so far. Seem durable, and great colors. Fit true to size.

Its a great glove over all, it keeps my hands warm and they are really flex able. I got the green ones though the only downfall is that the design on the palm is falling off after a few runs in the park.
