Costa Del Mar Fantail Polarized Sunglasses - Costa 580 Glass Lens

Item # CDM0169

Your peepers work hard for you; give them a little love back and treat them to the Costa Del Mar Fantail Polarized Glasses with 580G glass lenses. The Fantail’s polarized lenses will keep your eyes from getting all tired out around the water or on the snow. At the same time, the combination of advanced 580 technology with the inherent clarity of glass will help them pick out the detail in your surroundings and feel really good about themselves.

  • 580 technology blocks yellow light and boosts red, green, and blue light for excellent contrast and definition
  • Patented Lightwave glass is 20% thinner and 22% lighter than average polarized glass
  • Low-profile integral stainless steel hinges resist corrosion and keep their shape with heavy use
  • Wire core temples provide stability and durability
  • Co-injected nylon frames have integrated Hydrolite pads that hold tight when you sweat or get splashed by spray
  • See size chart for information on lens colors

Bottom Line:

Easy on the eyes.

I'd contact the manufacturer directly with any prescription-specific questions. That way you can be sure you're getting the most accurate info.

Curious as to how big these are in comparison to the Jose??

Curious as to how big these are in comparison to the Jose?? I've tried the Jose on before and they are just a touch large.

I just tried both on yesterday. These are very similar in style to the Jose but a bit "blockier", the Jose has more curves. As far as size goes, I would give the Fantail's a shot they are a bit smaller and tighter fitting than the Jose. I own Jose's and I am going to buy some Fantail 580's once I have a little extra cash. Hope that helps!
