(Although we might mention something about the stable and lightweight chassis designed for trail running if you asked about it). A three-part midsole smooths out the shoe's ride through variable and uneven terrain so you can fly in light-and-fast style. Omni-Tech waterproofing lets you plunge through puddles with impunity. Should things heat up, a closed-cell mesh upper allows your foot to breathe so you won't have to sweat the sprint home.

Great trail shoe

I've hit the trails for 3 long runs in these shoes, so far. I really like them. Very comfortable, provide great support, and have good tread. One negative- the loosen up considerably throughout a long run, so they have to be laced tightly when you start. Other than that, no problems!
