Chacos do not have insoles. Their footbed is very supportive, just like their sandals. If you need to accomodate an orthotic, you can contact Chaco and they can make (sandals, at least, maybe the shoes, too) to your doctor's specifications.

I have prescription orthotics that I wear in all my shoes. Surprisingly, they work really well in these Chacos, even though there isn't an insole to remove.
