Pull on your Burton Men’s Poacher Pants, and pilfer that powder stash. Burton’s DryRide Durashell two-layer coated fabric helps protect your legs from two feet of fresh champagne and your rooster tail. Articulated knees and Burton’s signature fit give you room to move without giving you room for two, and leg lifts let you walk around the village without trashing the cuffs.
Can someone please provide a real picture of the Dolphinium color,
Can someone please provide a real picture of the Dolphinium color, I've gotten burned by stock photos a few times recently so I just want to make sure it's really what I'm looking for
wow these pants are super comfortable, super sharp looking, and they came 3 days after ORDERING. shipping time was 2 days, unbelievably fast. I know the pants are all but sold out, but I recommend this website for any Ski/Snowboard purchase.
Not only do these pants keep you dry... even through hours in the pouring rain, but they keep you at a perfect temperature. If you start to get hot riding the slopes they have vents that help regulate your temperature. I've never been cold or wet in these.
The large is big enough for me, and I'm 6' 4". I bought in the older style of Mocha Native Plaid.
All you need is some thin under pants garment and you're good. I bought some thin breatheable pants for 15 bucks and with these pants over them I felt light, unrestricted, and warm. It was 20's on the hill and I was fine. Sat in the snow for 15 minutes, stayed dry and warm.
Not knowing how warm these were going to be, I went to the mountain on a 20 degree day wearing regular sweats underneath and was so warm, needed to cool down a couple times.
Gore-tex defined: (sorry it gets all tech-e-gnar on ya)
Gore-Tex is a registered trademark of W.L. Gore & Associates, best known for its use in relation to waterproof/breathable fabrics.
Gore-Tex materials are typically based on expanded polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE and other Fluoropolymer products. They are used in a wide variety of applications such as high performance fabrics, medical implants, filter media, insulation for wires and cables, gaskets and sealants.
Gore-Tex material is composed of a thin, porous fluoropolymer membrane, bonded to some fabric, usually nylon or polyester. The membrane has about 9 billion pores per square inch, making it impenetrable for liquid water while allowing the water vapor through. The result is a material that is waterproof and breathable. The outer fabric is additionally treated with water repellent.
The best known application for Gore-Tex fabrics is in outdoor activity clothing. The structure of the fabric forms an effective barrier against wind and rain, while still allowing water vapor to pass through. This helps to keep the wearer warm and dry, while the breath ability allows sweat to escape.
These pants are awesome. They stay dry, In NJ it rains more than it snows and these pants have stayed dry in very wet conditions. They are also very warm and very windproof.

im 6.3 and weigh about 230. i plan on loosing a little bit of weight but not too much. my jean size is 36-38 depending the brand. should i go with the L or the XL? i need them to fit now and later. also i have the brown (mocha) burton poacher jacket. what color pants should i get? i was thinking the mocha native plaid???
I'm 5'11" and weigh 235lbs and I got the Redical in XL. The waist is a bit big, I have to wear a belt to keep them from being SUPER baggy. They are Burton's SIG fit so they are supposed to be a bit baggy, but I think it's too much, maybe it's because I'm not a 16 yr old kid.
Unless you like a baggy and very loose fit, you'll probably be ok with the L.
I would go for the XLs simply based on your height. I'm 6 feet and these pants fit normally in a large. Also, they have internal velcro waist cinches as well as beltloops for a totally dialed fit. Go XL hombre.

A good pant for the price. High quality and standard baggy fit as promised. The best part is the zippered vents on the inseam, the worst is the short length two piece portion at the bottom of the leg that goes inside and outside the boot.
The first day out with these pants, and mother nature decided it was a good time for heavy rain. The pants held their own with no problems and kept the felanges warm. Water didn't seep through at all.
Want to keep your butt dry in wet snow or pow? then grab these! the inseam vents are great too and since I heat up really quick I had them open pretty much all day. I bought the medium and I'm only 5'11" and they are plenty long. could easily fit a 32 or 33 in inseam no problem.
Got the red pants before this season started and i have worn them every single day so far. The color is perfect, really pops out...but not too much. They are warm as well, i live in CO and havent even been close to cold with them. 5k Waterproofing has stood up well so far but has yet to really be tested. Would really really recommend, even for the steep price
naters13 im that size exactly, my waist is about 40. the xl is good for you? i had the burton cargos last year but i cant remember if they were L or XL. they were pretty tight so they might have been the L. i think the xl will work for me.
Yeah it depends on how tall you are too. I have a size 30 waist but i like them baggy. I wear a medium and they are pretty big on me. Large would most likely be the way to go. Plus they are adjustable to an extent. By the way i'm 5'9
How tall are you? I am 5'10, 240 got the XL, They are pretty big on me when i wear jeans underneath.SUPER LONG.. sick pants though. cant wait to wear them on the slopes!
ya im the same as that guy im 19 about 6'0 my waist is a 32-34, the mediums were too tight so i went with the large, its a little long tho but not really a big deal
What are the true color of the haze? Are they a tan or gold?
What are the true color of the haze? Are they a tan or gold? Shiney or dull? I can't really get a feel of the color. Can someone post pic? Thanks. One more thing will they keep me warm on the moon?
they are a dull yellow...prolly a little shinyier in real life up close uk? and they should keep you warm, the only thing is they might not keep u that dry. Like if you sitt on snow for over 5 10 min they will be pretty wet. that cuz it 5k berrior. if you want a higher barrier go with 15k or 20k.
