Cute dress but poor design

This dress is very cute but the design makes it difficult to get on or off. I didn't even attempt to pull it on over my head because there's no way that would ever work. I could just barely pull this dress on and off over my hips. I intend to return the dress due to this difficulty, which is a bummer because it's cute once it's on. However, as a swimsuit cover-up this is a horrible choice because my bottoms come off along with the dress... not an ideal situation! I am 5'3" 120 lbs, size 4; I ordered the small. I doubt I will exchange for a medium because I assume it will be too big, even though it may go on easier. Billabong needs to fire the designer who created this dress. What good is a cute dress if you can't get it on or off?!? FAIL!!

Favorite Dress!

This dress is fabulous. I'm spending the summer in a tropical, so obviously humid, location and it's perfect for it! Very light-weight and stays in place. For bustier girls, it might be a little bit snug - I'm not very chesty and am pretty petite so the small worked great for me. I'm also short and the length is very flattering. I chose the rainbow colors - it's my favorite dress in my closet by far.
