The price was right, so I grabbed it for my wife as a gift. Turns out that it's an absolute hit with her. She's 5'1" 115 and the medium worked out perfect in every way, especially with the fitted ladies' cut that it has. Definitely enough room for layers to add some versatility. Rugged and waterproof so far. Very good deal.
