Arc'teryx Stingray Jacket - Women's - 2010 BCS
Arc'teryx used supple Gore-Tex Softshell 3L material to make the Women's Stingray Jacket impervious to the elements yet highly breathable. The material's brushed knit inner face insulates you from the cold and draws perspiration away from the skin to keep you dry. A Gore-Tex membrane blocks rain and snow, and a sturdy outer face stands up to season after season of wear. Ski-specific features like an integrated powder skirt and helmet-compatible hood fend the snow away on stormy days. A RECCO reflector lends an extra element of safety, and WaterTight zippers give the Stingray Jacket every advantage against wet weather. When the clouds clear and the sun warms the afternoon air, open the underarm vent zips for a refreshing bit of airflow. An added bonus: Arc'teryx updated this jacket's fit in honor of winter '10-'11 ... just because no one complains about improved tailoring.

I bought it one month ago.I spent $250 for it :) But I think it smells not good.It likes that there's a latex smell.
Perhaps it is the last one for sale.
It looks well and is not a 3 in 1 jacket. But it is well done than all other bands I have bought(including TNF).
