6'3" with 43' chest and 38" waist and 210lbs.

6'3" with 43' chest and 38" waist and 210lbs. I am after a fitted fit - would an L or XL be best? I wear an Arc Alpha LT in large and it is perfect.

This softshell is really a nice one,but less elastic than Gamma mx,and Polartec is not so good as mx,I don't know why,but I like the color and the design with a inside pocket holding my wallet or mobilephone.
