ALPS Mountaineering Crescent Lake Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Synthetic - 2011 BCS
It gets cold at night. Don't be caught underestimating this basic principle the next time you go camping; bring the warm bag. The Alps Mountaineering Crescent Lake 0 Degree Sleeping Bag can hang with the big boys in just about every area except for price. Techloft+ insulation is lightweight, extremely packable, and unlike goose down, retains over 70% of its insulating capabilities when wet.

This bag says it has a 32" shoulder circumference. That seems really really small. An average man has a chest bigger than 32" circumference. Mine's about 40", and I am by no means a large person (5'8", 165lb). My question, is this a typo? I think only young children would comfortably fit in such a narrow bag.

Just recently bought this and have already used on 2 separate weekends. Both times temperatures dropped into the low 30s with lots of wind and rain/snow mixture and slept toasty warm without anything other than a T-shirt and shorts. Performed great. It is a mummy bag so it is a bit of a tight fit (I am 510 and about 220 lbs) but not uncomfortably so. Looking forward to trying out in colder weather next year. It is a bit on the bulky side but it is a 0 degree bag and for the price you really can't ask for anything better. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase.
what is the difference between this and ALPS Mountaineering Slick Rock Sleeping Bag: 0 Degree Primaloft? Both are designed for 0 deg, no?

For the price can't beat it. Packs down well for a synthetic bag. Little on the heavy side, but has held up very well with a lot of use. For the price you can't beat this bag. Good to get for an extra for friends on backpack trips. Used in the Oregon Cascades and Idaho Sawtooths and held its own to the mountain cold.
