The Academy Team Snowboard was almost called 'The Snowboard that the Academy team likes to ride', but it wasn't as catchy. Well, if Jonas Michilot, Chad Tarbell, and Will Bateman had their way, that's what it would be called. But their job is just to tell the designers they want an all-mountain, directional twin that is poppy and slays the whole mountain.
- Carbon Cord fiberglass weave weaves pop-enhancing carbon fiber into the triaxial fiberglass
- WDT(Wood Derivative Technology)Hybrid Core fuses spruce wood to a German engineered synthetic compound with molecular properties similar to wood but is 22% lighter and keeps pop longer
- Sintered 4000 base absorbs and holds wax well, goes fast, and is durable
